Yes. The Bronx Zoo is located in The Bronx, which is one of the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island). There is also the Central Park Zoo in Central Park, Manhattan. It's a nice zoo, but it pales in comparison to The Bronx Zoo.
