This is the Scots language. It means 'until all the seas go dry' i.e. until the ends of time.
Not to be a jerk, but--technically, no. "'Till all the seas gang dry" is of a dialect and not a distinct language in and of itself.
Strictly speaking, there's no such thing as the "Scots language." There's Lallans and Braid, but they're dialects of English, and there's Scots Gaelic, but that--obviously--is Gaelic and not English.
PS: Yes, there are other dialects too (Highland, Coastal, etc.), but you get the point.
Yes, the line "till all the seas gang dry" by Robert Burns is an example of alliteration because of the repetition of the "s" sound in "seas gang." Alliteration is the repetition of initial consonant sounds in neighboring words.
The "until all the seas go dry" part is a figure of speech because the person that said that couldn't litteraly mean that. Obviously the seas could never go dry.
This quote from Robert Burns's poem "A Red, Red Rose" expresses enduring love that will last until the end of time, even if the seas were to dry up. It captures the eternal love the speaker has for their beloved, promising to love them forever.
Love Poem by Robert Burns O my luve's like a red, red rose. That's newly sprung in June;O my luve's like a melodieThat's sweetly play'd in tune. As fair art thou, my bonnie lass,So deep in luve am I;And I will love thee still, my Dear,Till a'the seas gang dry. Till a' the seas gang dry, my Dear,And the rocks melt wi' the sun:I will luve thee still, my Dear,While the sands o'life shall run. And fare thee weel my only Luve! And fare thee weel a while! And I will come again, my Luve,Tho' it were ten thousand mile!
The poem is "A Red, Red Rose" by Robert Burns. It expresses enduring love that will last even until the end of time. The speaker promises to love their dear one eternally, even as the natural world undergoes dramatic changes.
