Kansas City is not the capital of any state in the US. Topeka is the capital of Kansas and Jefferson City is the capital of Missouri.

No.
Many Six Flags locations have accompanying water parks. Those water parks are loaded with water slides.
I couldn't find any information on (apopka) the closest I could come was Topeka Kansas, try this site:* http://www.gymnasticsnet.com/usa/ks.html
No there aren't any water parks in Antigua, but there are 365 beaches, a different beach, a different day, all year.
There aren't any...at least not yet. I checked with Macy's in the mall and they don't carry it (they referred me to the Kansas City store). There isn't an Ulta in Topeka either, unfortunately. And the Bare Escentuals company has not put a store in the mall yet (wish they would). So for now, Kansas folks have to rely on the store in Town East (Wichita), Ulta (Wichita), Macy's (Kansas City) and Sephora (Kansas City, Overland Park, Wichita). I have been purchasing from the website and from ebay when I can't get to Wichita.
water park
Yes. Try out cheapflights.com to see what trip they have and research some of the attractions for water parks there. Have a fun time in Holland.
