The Ohio does not cross any city in Indiana. Cities and towns in Indiana that border the Ohio River are Lawrenceburg, Petersburg, Aurora, Rising Sun, Vevay, Madison, Jeffersonville, Clarksville, New Albany, Corydon, Evansville, and Mt. Vernon. There may also be some smaller towns that border the Ohio River in Indiana.

There appears to be no answer, at least not an official one. Indiana law (Indiana Code, Title 1, Article 2) says simply that "The field of the flag shall be blue with nineteen (19) stars and a flaming torch in gold or buff." No description of any symbolism for the colors is given; in fact, no description of the colors is given (i.e., which shade of blue).
Given enough time, any guppy (even a star fish) will turn into a blue fish (king carp). It will then drop diamonds instead of coins or stars.
