Although there is a subspecies of the pirahna called the Pacu in the Ohio River, pirahnas could not be in the Ohio river because there are no connecting waterways from the Amazon to the Ohio river. Pacu travel in packs like pirahna, look very similar to pirahnas, and behave like pirahnas. Pacu are basically pirahnas from a different river.
