Yes, smoking incense is VERY BAD, and VERY HARMFUL. It kills brains cells, will cause lung cancer, and increases the heart rate unnaturally to a very fast beat. I used to smoke it, I stopped. People have been killed from this stuff. Stop smoking it before it kills you. I don't understand why people don't get the high heart rate as a sign they need to stop.
