If you're having a problem with your Samsung T249 and a Bluetooth headset, follow this troubleshooting guide. Ensure that both devices are fully charged and turned on. Turn off any other Bluetooth devices and phones that are nearby. From the phone's "Settings" menu, select Bluetooth. See if the phone is trying to connect to another device. If not, select "New" and locate your Bluetooth headset under the New Menu and select "Sync." If asked, the default PIN setting is "0000." The headset light will blink and then go steady to show that it's properly in sync with the Samsung T249.
First, you go to your settings and turn on the Bluetooth option. In order to find someone with a Bluetooth connection, that person also has to have the Bluetooth option activated. For troubleshooting, you will have to talk to your cell phone provider.
