memory stick micro are used on sony phones and cameras whereas sd cards are used the same way, the difference is that they cannot be used in the same slots
Sorry...you can only put in as many as the motherboard will accept...ie: slots 1&2, slots 3&4 (that is usually all that the PC hold. Now, in the older PCs there was a 'piggyback' card that could accept another two mem cards then it would go into the slot..but, now I do not think that is acceptable.
The two internal expansion slots in laptops that are commonly used to install wireless adapter cards are the Mini-PCIe and the PCI Express Micro. The Mini-PCIe is for devices that have requirements such as logistics, kiosks, computing, and POS terminals.
PCMCIA stands for Personal Computer Memory Card International Association. It is a standard for externally accessible expansion slots that accept cards that are compatible.

These are slots (mostly in laptops) which lets you add features to your computer. I've seen network cards, modems, tv tuners, etc. be available for these slots. USB ports are making these slots used less and less.
It is the next step up from pci....the longer slots, so in the future things like sound cards, network cards will fit these slots......
PCI, AGP, and ISA are types of expansion bus slots. These slots allow you to attach internal peripherals such as video cards, hard drive controllers, modems, tuner cards, and other things.
