you have to turn off the game and then get a life
You will have a shut off for the commode and each sink. The only way to turn the supply to the shower is to turn off the supply to the entire home.
Yes, as long as the water coming out of the pipe has a greater pressure than the water that is covering the pipe. If it is the other way around, the water covering the pipe will actually flow into the pipe. Think about it. It just makes sense.
if the knob is in line with the pipe it is on. if it is perpendicular to the pipe it is off. if the knob is made like the one on a water spigot with no indicator then all the way out is on and all the way in is closed.
Get a piece of pipe, a couple inches in diameter and about 3 or 4 feet long, and lay it in the drain pot. Feed a hose from a utility pump into the pipe. Attach a hose to the other fitting and turn-on the pump. This solution will capture the water before it enters the pool, and it will keep the hose off the surface and out of the way.
Turn off water. Bleed lines from the lowest faucet on the pipe run. take off cap over the knob. remove screw. remove cap. value stem should be exposed. Use appx. 5/8th wrench to loosen stem. Hold copper pipe as to not break while loosening. Once broken free should be able to remove the rest of the way by hand. re attach in reverse order. Turn water back on.
One way is to only turn the water on to rinse. in other words turn off the water while your scrubbing your hair/scalp and body. another way is to move quicker lol
It May Be A Good Idea To Turn It Off As Long As It Remains Near Full It Would Be OK. Just Incase Turn It Off. That Way The Top Element Will Not Be In Open Air( Not Covered With Water ). Which Will Cause It To Burn Out. Also When Water Is Turned Back On. Turn On The Hotwater & Let It Run To Remove Any Air That Might Be Trapped In Tank. Then Turn It Back On.
Using reverse return on cold feed?
Turn off the water while brushing your teeth until you are ready to rinse.
On quite a few older 2 stroke jet ski's, water is injected into the exhuast flow to cool the exhaust pipe, and possible turn the pipe. If the moter stops running and you turn the ski over the wrong way this water can enter the cylinders. Once in the cylinders it can damage the pistons and rings. If the ski is running this is not a problem because the exhaust gasses keep the water from entering the cylinders. If the ski is not running there isn't anything to keep the water from entering the cylinders if the ski is rolled the wrong way.
Turn your thermostat to 40*. That oughta do the trick. I have tried that and it did not go off the onle way to turn it off now is to turn the car off
