Be a member (if you aren't one already) and play Puffle Rescue and play the black puffle level. After reaching the puffle on level one, wait for about 13 seconds for a massive squid to appear. Follow the squid (jump on the bubbles the squid makes to get a boost of height now and then) and it will lead you to a cave. Go forwards, right, backwards, and right again (there are walls but you can go through them). Then you will see a secret entrance. Go in it and click on enter. It will take you to the underwater zone. Once you are there, get the moss key for easier access the next time around.
the key to the underwater room is in the black puffle rescue and follow the squid.
The under water mine is easy to acces you go to the forest and go under the rock or you go to the mine and go to were you dig for coins and go to the far right of the page
