No, if your prepaid phone does not come with call forwarding, there is no way to add it after the fact. If you do want that feature you will have to get a plan that supports it.

i have just switched my broadband and phone line. now when people phone it doesn't come up there name it just says external call it was working before i switched over and all there names and numbers are saved to the phone but how do i fix this ?
Probably the UK - since that's our 'standard' name. The americans call it a cell-phone (due to the way the mobile network transfers a call between adjacent towers to keep the call connected.)
