∙ 16y agoNot directly. The only way would be to call another land-line - then have them forward the call to the number you're trying to reach. You will be charged for the call to the first land-line number - and the party forwarding the call will bear the charge to the destination number.
If I understand your question correctly. You're in Australia - wanting to call a UK mobile that's been brought to Australia by the British user. You would dial it the same was as if the person was still in the UK. The mobile network knows where both phones are and will route the call accordingly.
The phone number +447023037566 is a United Kingdom mobile number.
That number belongs to someone in Ghana - specifically a mobile number.
There are a number of accessories that come with Nokia mobile phones. Every mobile phone comes with a plug-in charger in order to charge the battery, and most come with headphones or Bluetooth headsets.
Mobile phone scams are the scams that come to you on your mobile phone, which can be difficult to recognise. They might come from somebody who talks as if they know you; they might come through a 'missed call' from an unknown number that you redial; or they might be upfront about what they are promoting, but have hidden charges. You might be offered free or cheap ring tones, or the chance to win fantastic prizes. When you reply to these messages or calls, you may find yourself disappointed in the product or signed up to a service you don't want or cannot stop. You could be left facing a huge phone bill. If you receive a missed call or text message from an unknown number, the best thing to do is to delete the message or ignore the call.
Probably the UK - since that's our 'standard' name. The americans call it a cell-phone (due to the way the mobile network transfers a call between adjacent towers to keep the call connected.)
+44 is the country code for the U.K. This particular number is a mobile phone.

What you do is dial *67 in front of the number you want to call. If you ever prank call someone with this strategy, it will come up as "restricted" on the other line's screen. Hope the person you're prank calling doesn't know it was you! :)
the just call out in their speaking way and say come to me
