The first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, on August 6, 1945. The second atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki, on August 9, 1945.
There was no reason as it was never dropped in world war one. The nuclear era was achieved in august 6, 1945 with the first nuclear bomb dropped over Hiroshima. There was also another dropped over Nagasaki on august 9, 1945.
They only dropped two bombs during World War II. 1. The first was dropped on the Japanese city of Hiroshima on August 6th, 1945. 2. The second was dropped on the Japanese city of Nagasaki on August 9th, 1945.
