The most expensive app I've seen is about $40 and it teaches people in a medical home how to read.
You can buy in-game content for some apps that can be $100 or maybe more, but I haven't seen any more then that. It could be like some kind of currency in a game. Like in Smurf's Village you can buy a lot of smurfberries for $100, but who would want to buy that I don't know.
IRa pro is the most expensive app at $899.99

No. Usually they are from about $0.99 to $2.99. Although I have one time I was scrolling and I went to the absolute bottom of the apps (they're the most expensive) And I saw an app that was like $80.00. It was like some super fancy app though.
The most expensive app is ira pro. It's a surveillance app mostly for business/car garage owners. There was one previously for approx 1000$ called I am rich, it was just a simple image of a jewel... The purpose of it was to show the amount of money able to be easily thrown around by the user. In conclusion IRA pro is still the top price.
