This is hard to answer. We don't really know
all of the stars but blue&white stars are VERY VERY HOT.
The strongest would be one of the super
nova stars. One of them is called the Orion. The
Orion is a white dust star. Dust clouds have sat in
it for over 1,000,000 years. It's the strongest star we know
in our galaxy.
In the Milky way galaxy (Solar System) , many people
think the sun is the hottest star. It is the most powerful
star in the Solar System, it gives us light and energy, but
thats because it is so close to us.
There is an exploding star as we speak, called Eta Carinae. It has burned/exploded for over 375 years. It could blow itself to bits at any time.

The hottest place in the galaxy is believed to be in the vicinity of the black hole Sagittarius A*, located at the center of our Milky Way galaxy. Temperatures can reach several million degrees Celsius due to intense gravitational forces and high-energy processes happening near the black hole.

To my knowledge the hottest thing in the average household is a tungsten filament incandescent light bulb
There is no such thing as vampires, they are a myth. So, there cannot be a hottest girl vampire in the world if there is no such thing as vampires.
The hottest thing "in the world"? That lets out stars or anything else off-world, so probably the core of the Earth.
