Don't use cellphone while driving ! Edit: Absolutely agree with the first answer. In the UK it's ILLEGAL to use a cellphone while driving. The current penalty is 6 points on your licence and £60 fine - for a first offence. You CAN lose your licence for repeat offences. WHY would you be using a mobile when driving anyway - If you're operating a vehicle, your SOLE responsibility should be complete concentration on the act of driving NOT using a mobile phone ! People DIE because drivers see their mobile phone as more important than paying attention to the road !
