There is a site, bebo2nd.com, which also goes onto bebo and often isn't blocked when normal bebo is. Also, if you go onto "Google" and type in "Premium Proxy", then click on the "Premium Proxy" site and type "Bebo" into the search box you may be able to get on it from there if it hasn't been blocked.
