An "internet offer' can be online or in real life. In RL (real life) "internet offers" are deals made by a person with another so one of the benefits by getting to surf the net. The other one, the online one, could be a deal made online with a extra bonus, for example, if you buy some mobile phone credit, you will receive 25% extra. It could also mean it is a deal made online to benefit one or both people. Some of these offers are bogus and don't actually benefit anyone and therefore are not to be trusted.
