More than likely, the attachments that you are trying to send are too large. Most email services only allow around 10mb, premium pay emails go a bit higher. With today's modern technology with digital camera's and such, it's almost imperative to use a third party website to handle these large files. Toobigforemail
I assume you mean "How do you send large attachments over the internet?" I have sent items using Microsoft Word when they have been too large for my regular program. Then there is fax.
There is no reason why you shouldn't other that many email clients can't accept large email attachments. In that case people resort to programs like SizableSend.com - It lets you send up to 20GB's of files at a time, up to 2GB per file and it's 100% free to use
If the file is not an .exe file and less than 25mb you can send it as gmail. The file larger than 25 MB need to be splitted by file splitter( such as jihosoft big file sender) and then send via gmail.
MailChimp will not work through Outlook because Outlook won't recognize the large amounts of mail that you want to send. However, if you log into your MailChimp account, you can export your Outlook contacts and mail it directly through them.
This is a very general question so it is hard to answer. Depending on what your attachments are and what email you are using there may be a size limit. If the file size is to large(ex:sending pictures, if it is too large you wont be able to send it you will need to resize the image)it wont send.

Earlier sending files greater than 25 MB was not possible. It is not because of Google Drive. You can attach the file as a link to the Google Drive.
It most likely would depend on what your internet connection can cope with, if it is a slow connection, i recommend to stay to smallish files but if connection is fast, big files should be fine but i really do not know if there is any limits. searching the web gives this response: "No, but it's a good idea to limit your attachments to documents or files smaller than 1,000 Kilobytes (1MB).
