Unity Web Player is not developed for Linux and cannot be run natively. It is possible to use it by installing a Windows version of a web browser (such as Firefox) using Wine.
The Unity Web Player can be uninstalled either through your browser, or through the Uninstall Feature on your PC. If you are unable to completely remove Unity through this - you should contact Unity tech support.

I had the same problem. All you need to do is download Unity Web Player then restart your computer. When you start up FusionFall again, it'll ask you if you want to update. You have to select yes. Good luck! Hope this works for you!
