Yes, there is. Once you become a SPA, your supervisor who nominated you as a SPA will go and put the badge on your profile. An example of a SPA badge can be found on my profile if you would like to see what it looks like. There are also examples on this site if you look at the page with all of the badges. There are different badges pertaining to the different types of contributions that you make to the site.
The badge is no longer available to obtain.
You get an SPA Badge when you become a Special Project Assistant. Special Project Assistants are folks who help around the site while learning to become Supervisors. Please contact Stupid little genius if you are interested in joining the SPA program (see related link below). An SPA badge is given to people who are members of the Special Project Assistant (SPA) program. If you would like more information on the SPA project or have any questions about becoming an SPA, please contact Stupid Little Genius. Her profile can be found here:User:Stupid%20little%20genius
The Special Project Assistant badge will appear on your profile as soon as you have been enrolled by the SPA program coordinator. If you are having problems with your badge, speak to Stupid Little Genius.
If the SPA badge disappears from your profile you probably have been removed from the SPA program. This could be a result of a user being inactive for a long period of time. If you are still interested in being a member of SPA you should contact Stupid little genius.
If you had an old club page before they brought forward My Lego network and you got a high level of stars and stickers you would get higher spa badges... Some people have spa badge without a club page because of a glitch... add me I'm: Farmer-jack
Yes, it is still possible to get your Special Project Assistant badge, but first you have to become one. (See related link).
You had to be a Lego club page member, but my Lego network replaced that. (that was dumb)
Go on my Lego network hints and on to migrate button add me I'm brickboymaker
You must have been a member before the migration of 2005. So if you have they will ask you to join
Normally, it only takes a day or two for the SPA badge to display on the profile page, although sometimes there is a slightly longer delay.
The "Premier Answerer" badge is only for non-supervisors, as it was thought that non-supervisors deserve a special badge to recognize their fantastic answers.
Although it is not necessary, many prospective Supervisors are advised to take part in the SPA Program. The SPA Program helps potential Supervisors improve their knowledge and skills on site.
