How long does it take to get a rebate back from Metro PCS?
I mailed in my rebate. Metro PCS recieved it on 2-10-14. Today's date is 4-18-14. I got an e-mail from Metro on 4-2-14 saying they had approved my rebate. It said in the email that it would take 12 weeks for the rebate to be sent to me from the time they approved it. So I won't end up getting my rebate back until sometime in July. Honestly I think it is ridiculous since I bought my phone on 2-3-14 and won't be seeing a rebate until July.

I spent about 8 hours looking online for the answers but I could not get it to work. I ended up finding Metro Unlocked http://www.unlockmymetro.com and they ended up doing it pretty quickly. Now I would like to get the HTC Hero and try to figure out how to unlock it myself. Has anyone completed this? How long does it take? Where should I go to find out how to doit myself?
