It depends on who is your carrier.In verizon, go to your sounds, bymenu>media center>music and tones>my sounds.then, when the sounds you'd like to send is highlighed, select options by pressing the righthand key, and select send. you may now send it to whoever you want.i dont know about the other carriers =)
