Motorola is the company that has released the latest Android mobile phone.
Yes, a cellular phone is just another name used for a mobile phone. They are also known as "hand phones." There is absoutely no difference in the functionality or features. They are just different names for the same product.
"Cell phone" is a shortened form of "cellular phone", which is a kind of mobile phone and the name has to do with the way the mobile network works. This is probably not what you meant to ask, but we don't answer the question you meant to ask.

If you are referring to the cell phone company, it no longer exists. "Cingular" was the name given to the company formerly known as "Southwestern Bell Mobile". It was a subsidiary, (division), of AT&T. So what was "Southwestern Bell Mobile" changed to "Cingular" and is now "AT&T Cellular". AT&T's home office is located in Texas.
The difference is only in the name. Both imply the same function. Other names can be included into this category including cellular phone, cell phone, wireless phone, etc.
the offical name for a cell phone is a cellular phone. i do not know why it was given this name but i do know that we have shortened cellular to cell to get call phone
