First u gotta open the command prompt
and then do the following
lets say i want to know the ip address of facebook.com
so i type in the command prompt
"ping facebook.com"
after i write this the command prompt will appear like this
"pinging facebook.com [ip address] with the 32 bytes of data"
after open a web browser
type in the ip address u just came to know
and the website would be opened.
