I paid about a grand for mine in decent shape and drive it everyday. In pristine condition (VERY RARE for something that old) they can sell for between 5 and 10 grand.
Well i have a newer grand prix, but i was told in some situations if you install an aftermarket CD player and the proper kits and installing procedures arent used, then the dome lights will not work. I have also heard in rare cases this can affect the airbags. So if you do have an aftermarket deck maybe you should look into that.
Pontiac Grand Prix's from the 60's and 70's had J SJ SSJ LJ. J was the standard model. SJ was a bit sportier, Sport J but options were available on a J model SSJ, Very Rare. Specialty GP's Limited production. LJ showed up in the 73 model, Luxury J
The condor was the rare animal released in the Grand Canyon.
seem to be gaining value because they are classics, but they don't compare in popularity to, Monte Carlo's,regal's, and old's 442's of the 80's. 10 years ago i bought a perfectly running 84 grand prix with t-tops for 300 bucks. it needed paint that's it. these are rare because they didnt have the following like the other cars i listed did, and people would just trash them. im not seeing to many restored. but they are out there. good luck! very cool cars.
If the blower only works on high the blower resistor is most likely the problem and should be replaced. On rare occasions if the car has blown the resistor more than once the blower motor shouuld be replaced.
The condor
a rare candy or a master ball
If its a Z28 the difference is a nonvented opti spark VS a vented optispark of course this doesnt include the countless number of option combinations like TTops, power windows/locks A/C stuff like that.... if its a V6 the 94-95s are 3.4L but in late 95 they swapped over to 3.8L 95 3.8L are rare
Grand tiara, bunny glasses things like that
