This is a question of pure statistics, and statistics sure lie a lot.
If you go to a school with students and ask the students, I am sure most all of them will say they use internet one way or another.
In other words 100% or very close to 100% :D
I don't suppose one should count in babies as they would bring the statistic down, but they are still people :-)
If going to the Third World, Hardly any people will use Internet. Should these be counted as well?
Without some better guidelines for counting people in or out, one can not give an accurate answer.
and even so... accurate does not imply when it comes to statistics of this sort. What is accurate today will most likely have changed in only a few years.
