Depends on two things: 1. what you do while on the internet and 2. how fast the internet connection is.
If all you do is receive and send a few e-mails each day, 100MB could last weeks. On the other hand, you could burn through 100MB in five minutes by downloading just one CD or a short movie.

4Mbps means you can transfer 4Mb of data per second. So 100Mb / 4Mb per second = 25 seconds to transfer. Hope this helps!
