You have to be a supervisor on WikiAnswers to access the Supervisors' Forum.If you are a supervisor, click on "Supervisors' forum" under "My pages" in the blue box to the left of the page.
The Supervisor's Forum is a place for Supervisors only to discuss pertinent issues on the site. For example, if there is a bug or a very problematic contributor or there should be a new category. Within the forum, all of the various types of discussions are separated by these categories: Bug Reports, Categorization Discussion, etc. If a Supervisor has an issue, he/she can check first to see if someone already has a discussion going and add a post to that. If not, he/she make a whole new discussion with the first post. It is worth noting that only Supervisors have access to view or write posts in the Supervisors' Forum.

You can check who by going to community forum, and scroll to the bottom The supervisors shown at the bottom of the Community Forum are only the most senior supervisors (called Community Assistants). Even when none of these are showing there are ordinary supervisors patrolling the site who are not apparent. There are always some supervisors online.

There is a forum for WikiAnswer supervisors, but aside from that there is no WikiAnswers forum. There are many websites with forums that are of the question/answer nature, however, and on each individual question on WikiAnswers there is a forum-like discussion page.
