I assume you mean devices like the CD4027.
This is a dual master/slave JK flip-flop which is available in high voltage CD technology, or HC high speed technology.
The application of such devices is a lifetime study, not for a quick answer here. If you really need to know how to use a 4027, and all the thousands of related devices, I suggest you go to ITT and sign up for a two year digital electronics course.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF IC 4027 IN SWITCHING CIRCUIT

The function of a 4027 ICs is to allow flip-flop circuits to operate. It changes the state of the circuit based on the particular needs or demands at any given time.
tda 4935 equilent ic IC TDA 4935 equilent
tda 4935 equilent ic IC TDA 4935 equilent
in the IC-7805 i need a meaning for the number 7,8,0,5 seperately
The same way they work outside an IC. An integrated circuit is just a means of miniaturization, it does not change circuit operation.
