One the top bar, where you are supposed to put "Peter, please answer the following question:", you put a period, and then type your answer to the question, then put a :
Peter Answers is a website that pretends to "give real answers", but it is for entertainment only; "answers" are randomized and general enough that the answers can apply to anyone. You write a question, called a petition. If you research it, you'll see the trick you need to use (I forget what it was but I found the trick written about online).
