You can send a picture message to any phone by pressing the round button with a camera icon located to the left of the text box and then either taking a photo or finding one you saved on your phone already. You can also copy and paste a picture into the text field of your message. Press Send when every picture you want to send is in the text field. If it never goes through, blame the BlackBerry.

If you mean to send a message from an ipad to a phone (or any device that receives texts), yes, you can. The only thing is is that you need wifi or 3g. You can send texts by installing an app from the app store that allows you send texts (the one i use is called Text Now. You can send texts and make calls, but you have to pay to make calls). hover over the contact you want to send a broadcast to and then press the blackberry button (located on the left of the middle button) then that will take you to a list of things go up to the one that says broadcast message and then type your message in the box after that you tick the people you want to send it to and then click send if your message does not send then your phone is not a blackberry or your phone is messed up! hope i helped!?

unfortunately original iphones cannot send or receive picture texts but their is a website where you can veiw picture texts sent to your phone, though not sure what it is, or you can just get a new iPhone 3g or 3gs
