If your problem is that you can see many many images in gallery which are part of some software (I have Garmin navigation and there were about 100 little images of garmin icons which were in the gallery). This problem can be solved. You just connect your phone to PC and find folder with that images right click and tick HIDDEN.
Other reason can be that if you dont want that everybody can see all your images/videos. I dont know sollution for that problem. Maybe you could solve it with some software like Touch hider (I dont use it but I have read about it)
