How do you get a hard hat and shovel on club penguin?

First, click on your penguin or the star button at the bottom of the screen. Next, you click on the arrow on the side of your player card. Then, you click on the shovel in your invetory. Finally, you can dig up snow with your shovel by taking all of your items off your penguin and clicking on the dance option at the bottom of your screen under ''actions''. GOODLUCK! :)

There is NO shovel on c.p that is a pin. there is a new pin every 2weeks or so and they get hidden in different places each time. its too late to get it now dude!

You can't get the shovel for free, but the did give out a free shovel pin on January 5, 2008. But sometimes you can buy a shovel at the Penguin Style Catalog.

Go to the mine then you will see a picture of hard hats. Then go to them. You will find that there will be a hardhat in your inventory now.
