if its on the black puffle rescue you have to go and get the black puffle and wait until there is a shadow when you have seen the shadow follow it but you have to keep changing but you have to keep going in bubbles when you have done it leads you to the underground water thing and then you get the moss key and then youhave finished the black puffle rescue .
in puffle rescue, if you choose the black puffle to rescue, then in the first thing, there is a big squid like thing. follow it. if you go in to the bubbles when they pop, you will stay alive while following it. it will bring you to a green thing, go in and through it. there will be an entrance, go in that. it will lead you to the water room. then you will see the moss key pin. that's it.
On the first level, when you collect the black puffle, wait there for a large squid shadow to go past. Then some bubbles will appear, bounce on them to stay alive and keep going forward, following the squid. You will be taken to an extra area and, when you complete the area, you will find the key.
You have to play puffle rescue (black puffle game). Then save the black puffle but stay there.
Then follow the big shadow using the air bubbles to stay up until you reach the secret island-thingy. (This part might be wrong because I did it a while ago): go up, left, down and left and you should see a staircase. Go gown it to the secret room and pick up the moss key (it's really a pin).
If you mean for the game 'Puffle Rescue' in the Mine, follow the squid in level one and try to float on the bubbles.
This won't get you banned, it was mentioned in a Club Penguin blog I read somewhere.
When you have the puffle simply go on the bubbles and go all the way to the hidden door.
