Immediately turn you laptop off and wait till it drys. I had gotten my laptop wet, i was washing my dishes and i was video chatting with my friend. I had this bug on my screen and then i accidentally took it off with water .(how smart am i? xP) so i imediately turn my laptop off in which in a day it came off. it depends how bad the wet screen is my was little so luckily it came off faster.

I had the same problem when I got my NC10. You need to press the Fn key and F11 at the same type, it should fix it Samsung has just issued an update that fixes the problem. Download "Magic Keyboard" from NC10 support page on Samsung website.
