Right click on My Computer>Manage>servicies and apllication>servicies now you will get all the servicies in righat pane then choose RPC in general option you will find startup type in that you have to select disabe.

Project64 works fine on Windows 7, you need the VC7 runtime, as well as to disable, DEP, or add Project64.exe to the DEP ignore list.
