Within North America (USA, Canada, and 18 assorted island nations and territories in or near the Caribbean), you just dial 1 plus the area code and the number; for example, 1-213-555-0123.
On a mobile phone (cell phone), just put a plus symbol before that; for example, +1 213 555 0123
On a landline outside North America, dial YOUR international access prefix (most commonly 00, but many countries use other prefixes), followed by 1, the area code, and number; for example, 00 1 213 555 0123
In the United States, unlike many countries, mobile numbers are intermixed with landline numbers in the same geographic area codes. Thus, you dial them the same way you would dial a landline. The country code for North America (USA, Canada, etc.) is +1, where the plus sign indicates "insert your international access prefix here." Many countries use the 00 prefix, but there are several other prefixes used in different parts of the world.
The Country Code for the US (actually the NANP, which includes Canada and much of the Caribbean as well) is "+1", followed by a 3-digit area code and 7-digit subscriber number. There will always be exactly 10 digits after country code +1.
If you are calling on a GSM mobile phone, or most other types of mobile phones, just dial +1 (including the plus symbol), followed by the area code and number.
Otherwise, substitute your international access prefix (depends on your location) for the plus symbol. The most commonly used prefix is 00, but many countries use other prefixes.
(Note that if you are calling from Canada, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sint Maarten (Dutch side only), Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, CNMI, or American Samoa ... just dial 1 plus the area code and number, the same as a domestic call.)
American telephones have letters assigned to eight of the ten possible dialing numbers. The assignments are as follows:
1 (no letters)
2 (A B C)
3 (D E F)
4 (G H I)
5 (J K L)
6 (M N O)
7 (P Q R S)
8 (T U V)
9 (W X Y Z)
0 (no letters)
Simply substitue the dialing number for each letter in the letter phone number. You may also have to include the area code before the seven digit telephone number.
If you are calling on a mobile phone, just prefix the US telephone number with +1, including the plus symbol.
If you are calling from the US, Canada, or any of the Caribbean-ish islands included in the North American Zone, just dial "one plus," the same as a domestic long distance call.
If you are calling from outside North America on a landline, dial your international access prefix (depends on YOUR location), then country code 1 and the ten-digit US telephone number.
you dial the number and click talk or press the green button

Dial *1#
I think that the phone number is still the same so you would call it as if it is in the US. To answer my own question, (they have been here and now gone home again), you dial +1 followed by cell phone no.
You get their cell phone number and dial it in your phone. However, most likely it is private or they don't personally answer it.
Dial *86, then dial the entire 10-digit phone number that you would like to forward your calls to.
No, you have to hit the send button on cell phone in order for your phone to actually dial the number. On a home phone, there is no send button so you simply just dial the number.
Just dial 1 + area code + number.
You would dial 911 for an emergency.
