All emergency numbers is 911 either by cell or landline.
The phone console should have a "delete" button ... usually pressing it twice or holding it down for a few seconds will do this. On remote phones there should also be this capability from the menu.
You need to delete them one by one by selecting the entry you wish to delete from your contacts, select the edit button then select delete.
