You cannot. You need to go to the bottom of the page and go to CONTACT and request the Skin ID to be removed.
How to get your skin ID:
Go to 'Roll Your Own' -> My Skins, and hover over the 'Preview' link, at the end of the link it will say PreviewSkinID=00000000000 those numbers are the numbers you need.
