To cite wikipedia there is a icon on the left side of the page that say "cite this page" click on it then it would take you to a page that gives you the citation according to the type of citaion you want.
If you are referring to including a bibliography for those who helped make your answer, then, you can include a reference in the discussion page, users will be able to see that there is a message on it, and will likely look at it. You could also put it at the bottom of your answer, but I do not recommend this.

For academic writing, you reference the website in text the same way you would a book, for example:
Tinie Tempah was said to have had 'an astonishing successful run tonight' (Topping, 2001) at The Brit Awards held 13th January 2011.
And then you cite it in your bibliography as so:
Topping, A. (2011). Brit awards: Tinie Tempah shines with four nominations. Available: http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2011/jan/13/brit-awards-tinie-tempah-nominations. Last accessed 15th Jan 2011.
N.B. I am using the Harvard referencing style.

If it is a document from a web site:

These are the standards according to the MLA version. I found this on http://honolulu.Hawaii.edu/legacylib/mlahcc.html. You can find citing books and scholarly journals, and just about everything on this website. Its great. After every period, or semi colon, or any punctuation besides commas, you NEED to do 2 spaces. You need to double space your paper as well.

There are professors who will not accept information obtained through Wikipedia. You should always ask. However, this does not mean there is not valuable information through Wikipedia. You can always read the Wikipedia documentation and look at the references given. Then you can go to those references and to retrieve information that is acceptable. Still, I have found very good information on Wikipedia, which added to issue at hand. You just cannot cite Wikipedia if the professor does not allow the information obtained from the site.
