It is very simple just write a letter to the Chief engineer of your BSNL area and give it to him with subject as change of broadband plan.

BSNL is the best, I am not satisfied with other Service provider billing.... now BSNL has also increase its BB speed also... there is a unlimited Plan for 750 which gives us 1.30 MBPS speed... Better go with Govt. Regards / Sathya
You don't have to pay anything for changing the plan... you go to broadband office and give a written application saying that you want to switch to higher plan.. that's all. But I suggest you should go for Home Plan 900 Plus* its little slower but doesn't make any difference. The main thing is the upload/download is unlimited. I paid for Rs. 900 for 1 year at a time so its costing me 750 per month.. which is not bad.. better than 500 Plan.
