There is really no app that COMES with the iPad where you can save contacts, but you can probably buy one at the app store on the iPad for free!

When you click on the green app with a camera on it click at the bottom right contacts the at the top right there will be a plus sign/+ click on it and type in on home there email. They will have to be set up to FaceTime too. You will also have to type in there name if you want to know who they are.
