On the Facebook login page, below the blue "Log In" bar, there is a field that says "Help Center". Below that is a line of various languages. Mine shows English (US), Spanish, Portuguese, and More. Click to select your language. Or click "More."
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a blue link that says: עברית Facebook (C) 2009. Click on the blue עברית link and it will open the menu for all the languages. Change to English or what have you and it automatically refreshes the page in English.
To change the language on the iPod, you have to change the general setting for it.
go to your ipod settings
click on general
Go to international
and change the language for the iPod
it should change the language for facebook.
