To change Google chrome keyboard back to English you first click on settings and then languages and click on English or double click on English and it should have changed to English.
This can be changed either by changing the homepage in settings. This could also be removed, if there is an extension for the homepage.
It depends on what words are needed to be changed. If the ones in the URL bar, then by the keyboard only.
You can use google translator.

go to the control panel>languages and keyboards and change the settings by adding the Hebrew keyboard.
