They deactivated my account after my husband used my cellphone to signup for Swagbucks because his phone was charging, next thing you know I’m deactivated, I wrote customer service 2 days ago and now it’s the weekend so I don’t think I’ll be hearing from them even longer. I had $40 pending approval for February, i don’t know what to do
If you haven't been using a bot to search for you or using more than one account, all you have to do is contact them asking why they deactivated you. Then ask if they will re-activate your account. This happened to me once and it was just a mistake on their end. They reactivated my account within a couple days of me contacting them.
If it was deactivated due to inactivity, you can't reactivate it. You have to create a new account.
Try and log in again, and at the top it should say you have deactivated this account contact roscoe to reactivate it, so just fill out a inquiry and hopefully they reactivate it.
To reactivate a Facebook account that has been shutdown by Facebook you have to email customer support and tell them your situation and they will reactivate your account if they think the problem has been fixed. If you were the one that deactivated your Facebook account then when you sign back in it will ask you if you want to reactivate your account and you can click yes.

I deactivated my account and when I decided to use it again I just logged in the same way I always did. I can't remember if they prompted to me to change my account settings or not but that's how I got my account back.
