I could not find the answer myself and I tried the following and it worked....
When you type the word and it gives you the suggestion for the word you do not want just X it out. Then keep typing that word and keep X'ing it out. After typing the misspelled word like 20 times and X'ing it out, it is GONE.... It stops defaulting to the misspelled word. Hope it works for you. It worked for me.

Sience is so commonly misspelled because it is hard to remember and long words to memorize and write for in school assignments or in general writings. Most of the people not have good memory to memorize and write the letters.

The words in the dictionary are not misspelled. Dictionaries are thoroughly checked by multiple experts in spelling, usage, and grammar.
Only one word was misspelled in the 1996 Webster Dictionary.i.e. There was only one entry for misspelled. All the other words were spelled differently.
