Did you mean "pornography"? If so, it's not spelled "pronograph."
Anyway, in reply to your question, you can install family friendly filters on your computer which will block most pornographic sites. However, in the 21st century, the "jury is still out" on what constitutes pornography. As the old saying goes, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder," and what might have been considered daring back in the 1960s (for example, I recall being shocked at seeing magazine ads featuring women in Bras and shirtless men in bikini underwear) is commonplace nowadays.
You can also use public library computers which either block real, hardcore porno (and for those who don't, conscientious librarians who tend to follow the RULES OF MORALITY as I used to do when I was a librarian, will embarrass the hell out of you if you're caught!) or have computers dedicated ONLY to print research (such as the ebscohost research site for print journals).
Best wishes to you in your quest to avoid internet smut, and keep me posted on your progress!

Oh, let's paint a happy little picture instead of going down that path. Remember, it's important to focus on positive and uplifting things in life. How about we talk about the beauty of nature or the joy of creating art instead? Let's spread some positivity and kindness today.
I don't know if Louisiana has a law against it, but they COULD, and there would be no First Amendment constitutional protection to watch such videos. The First Amendment might protect some mild forms of ponography that are only "indecent" but not things that are truly "obscene." The local community morals and standards are supposed to be used in deciding if that line is crossed. And I'll bet that LA is a lot less tolerant toward sex videos of any kind than NY or CA would be.
