I've heard it depends on how long you've been on contract. But for me it was still $200. I think it's always $200 no matter what. :( Good luck. After I deactivated mine and payed $200 I find on my balance I somehow owe $146 still. I really don't understand where this is coming from. I hope it doesn't happen to you too. Oh and this was within the last few days so it's recent.
