Yes, you can.

-First go to the top menu on the phone. (the blue button on the bottom right corner)

-Under entertainment, tap 'my stuff'.

-Then, tap 'sounds'.

-Select the recording you want.

-While its playing, click the button on the top left corner.

-In the drop down menu, tap 'use as'.

-Then select ringtone.
